Former Governor of Kano State Shekarau Defects To PDP

The former Governor of Kano State defected on the floor of the Senate during the plenary on Wednesday.

Ibrahim Shekarau, the Senator representing Kano Central has joined the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

The former Governor of Kano State defected on the floor of the Senate during the plenary on Wednesday.

He was a member of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP, before his defection.

He had earlier moved from the All Progressives Congress to the NNPP.
