Nigerian comedian Michael Charles, also known as OGB Recent or “Cultist,” has recently acquired a rental property in Lagos state.

The 25-year-old Delta State native and content producer shared the happy news with his fans and followers on his Instagram page.

After years of struggle, he released pictures and videos of his new home and remarked how happy he was to have a place of his own.

OGB Recent, who recently acquired a home in Lekki, Lagos State, joined the group of Nigerian celebs who wrote

“Another level of ginger landlord moods 
I said yes to the new address 
New hux new address”

His colleagues, fans, followers and wellwishers have flooded his comment section with congratulatory messages.
