33-year-old Egyptian billionaire Chelsea fan finally reveals whether he’d be buying Chelsea

33-year-old Egyptian billionaire Loufty Mansour had been linked with a potential takeover of Chelsea FC.

Mansour who’s a season ticket holder at Chelsea and a top fan of the club has now dismissed rumours that he’d be making a bid for Chelsea.

“In light of the recent media speculation, we want to make it clear that we are not pursuing a bid for Chelsea Football Club at this time,” a spokesperson for Mansour told The Guardian.

The Mansours own Mansour Group, a massive Egyptian conglomerate with $7.5b in annual revenues, and Loutfy is the head of its investment arm, Man Capital.
