Arms Dealers In Plateau Nabbed – FIB

Four Notorious arms dealers have been arrested by the men of Force Intelligence Bureau Response Team. They arrest also led to confiscations of Ammunitions such as over 50 AK-47 Rifles, Live Cartridges’ and many more.

The Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi on Thursday, said, “The suspects, who confessed to their involvement in arms dealings and other criminal acts, have been identified as one of the major links for the supply of arms and ammunition to criminal elements terrorising the state and some other parts of the country.

The suspects 37 years old Muhammed Abdulkarim, 20 years old Hamza Zakari, 25years old Umar Ibrahim, 22years old Abubakar Muhammed. They are all residency of Jos and arrested following credible intelligence on their nefarious activities in Jos and its environs.

“The investigation team is on the trail of their accomplices and they are closing in on them”.
