Jeff Bezos, an American business magnate, and Lauren Sanchez, his longtime partner, got engaged recently!
On board his $500 million superyacht, Koru, the 49-year-old founder of Amazon reportedly proposed to his journalist fiancée who had won an Emmy.
The couple was spotted kissing and snuggling aboard the superyacht over the weekend, and the announcement comes shortly after that.
In addition, Sanchez, 53, was seen sporting a massive diamond-studded engagement ring on her finger as evidence that she accepted Bezos’ proposal with open arms.
The couple made their relationship public in January 2019 after Bezos parted ways with his wife, MacKenzie Scott, with whom he shares four children, after 25 years of marriage.
During that period, the former co-host of Good Day LA was also going through a divorce from her husband of 13 years, Patrick Whitesell.
Sánchez shares two children with Whitesell, and she also has a son from a previous relationship with former NFL star Tony Gonzalez.
