Motorist Zooms Off With LASTMA Officer Who Jumped Into His Car (video)

An officer from the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority got into a fight with a driver after the latter attempted to arrest him for a traffic infraction.


In an internet video, the driver is seen speeding away with the LASTMA representative before easing up a bit and telling the representative to “come down.”


The official strikes the camera with his hand when he realizes the driver is filming him, but the driver orders him to “leave my hand.”


The driver asks the LASTMA official who was clinging to the passenger side door in an effort to flee the moving vehicle, “You know how much be door?”

Eventually, the driver slowed down enough for the official to get down from his car.

“Close my door. Rubbish. You for no come down now. Bastard,” the driver is heard saying to the LASTMA staff.
