NYSC Shuts Down Orientation Camps After 8 days Over Coronavirus Fears

Barely 24 hours after Nigeria confirmed its third case of coronavirus since the outbreak, it’s been gathered that NYSC authorities have shut down orientation camps across the country after 8 days, over fears of the pandemic.

Though no official reason has been given on why the decision was taken, however it is speculated that those in-charge of the youth programme think it’s a precautionary measure since there are foreign graduates from high risk countries taking part in the one-year programme.
