PSG identify Mbappe’s replacement as Neymar approves

Published

Paris Saint-Germain have identified Everton’s Richarlison as a potential replacement for Kylian Mbappe, with Neymar backing the French Ligue giants to sign him.

PSG have contacted Richarlison’s representatives about a possible move for the 24-year-old as Neymar believes his fellow compatriot has the qualities to play for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.

Mbappe is yet to sign a contract extension with PSG.

The France international has less than 11 months left on his current contract with PSG and the Parisians could be forced to sell him this summer transfer window.

Mbappe could wait until January or leave the club on a free next summer, and it appears PSG already have a replacement in mind.

Meanwhile, Richarlison has been continuously linked with an exit from Goodison Park.

The forward joined Everton from Watford in 2018.

Richarlison would jump at the chance to move to PSG that boasts his friend and international teammate Neymar and Barcelona legend Lionel Messi in the attack.
