Senate Adjourns Plenary Till April 7th Due To Coronavirus Pandemic

The Nigerian Senate has suspended plenary for two weeks as part of measures to prevent spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The lawmakers are expected to resume seating on April 7th.

The Upper Chamber urged the Federal Government to devote special funds to fight the dreaded disease.
