Published

Raheem Sterling has flown to the United States where Chelsea are currently on tour, reliable Nizaar Kinsella reports.

The forward would join the Blues’ training camp in Los Angeles, meeting his new teammates ahead of the Club America friendly on Sunday morning.

The England international could be announced as a Chelsea player as early as Wednesday. The Blues would pay around £47.5m for the Man City winger.

Kinsella adds that Armando Broja flew together with Sterling on a private jet from the UK to the US.

The young striker is heavily linked with a summer move away but no final decision on his future has been made.
