Bursted… NDLEA Arrests Four With 298kg Of Indian Hemp

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) apprehended four suspects found 298 bags of Indian hemp in Kaduna State.

The suspects were detained on the evening of January 3 in the Tasu Mahuta hamlet on Refinery Road, in the state’s Chikun Local Government Area, according to the NDLEA state commander, Mr. Ibrahim Braji.

The bags of Indian hemp weighed 3,576kg and were found on the two male and two female suspects.

NDLEA agents are currently looking into the situation to identify further suspects for arrest and prosecution.

The arrested suspects are in custody for further interrogation which hopefully could lead to more arrest.
