Nollywood actress, Halima Abubakar has out forward for consideration that all rapists should be castrated.
This was contained in a recent post she made on her Instagram page on Thursday where she added that it is up to us to protect our society by looking out for other people’s kids and not turning a blind eye when it’s someone else involved.
