OFFICIAL!!! Chelsea Completes The Signing Of Cole Palmer From Man City

Cole Palmer expressed his enthusiasm following his official transfer to Chelsea on the final day of the transfer window From Man City.

The 21-year-old penned a seven-year deal with Chelsea, with the possibility to extend for an additional year.

Chelsea has agreed to pay an upfront fee of £40m for the offensive midfielder, along with a potential £2.5m in additional costs.
