Police Seek Help To Reunite Children Stolen From Akwa Ibom and Rivers States With Their Parents

The Anambra State Police Command has requested assistance from the public, particularly residents of Abia, Akwa-Ibom, and Rivers States, in locating these kids so that their parents could be reunited with them.

The names of the minors were listed as Chibuchi Sunday, male, age 7, David Frang, male, age 8, and Sarah Frang, female, age 3, in a statement issued by the command’s spokesperson, DSP Ikenga Tochukwu. He said that they were found on certain defendants who were already in custody.

According to Tochukwu, the children were removed from their parents in the individual states stated above and transported to Anambra State as a result of the suspects’ confessions.

Therefore, anyone who knows the parents of these children should inform them to come to Anambra State Police Command with proof, while the Police command shall do the necessary checks before handing them over.” the police spokesperson said

Tochukwu added that anyone with useful information should call the command control room number 07039194332 or 08039334002.
