Lautaro Martínez’s Lone Strike Send Inter Milan To Champions League Final

Lautaro Martnez’s strike in the second half put an end to AC Milan’s fight, ensuring that Inter Milan will participate in this year’s Champions League final.

Inter won the semifinal match 1-0 on the night of Tuesday, May 16 at the San Siro stadium, giving them a 3-0 overall victory and a spot in the final on June 10 against either Manchester City or Real Madrid.

Martinez’s goal in the 74th minute ended the contest, but AC Milan had already suffered defeat in the previous leg.

This is not the first time Inter will appear in the final or win the trophy.
